I personally think that there is nothing better than hearing about my clients own experience of their treatments.

Reflexology & Deep Abdominal Massage
After many cycles of negative pregnancy tests I decided to take control of my ‘infertility’ and try something a little different. The words Unexplained Infertility didn’t sit well with me and I wasn’t prepared to sit back and let nature take its course as everybody was telling me to.
I watched a very interesting program on telly explaining the benefits of reflexology and decided that this was something I needed to give a go. After contacting Alison and making an appointment, Alison asked me about my lifestyle (which is less than ideal) we embarked on a treatment plan. I found these both relaxing and fun, it was more like a girlie evening in with my feet being massaged!
After a few reflexology treatments Alison recommended we do an ‘Amno Fu’ Stomach Massage just before I ovulated, I was very up for it and decided to go ahead with the new treatment. This was also very relaxing and definitely helped with a bit of constipation I had been battling with. I went home and waited until my ovulation days knowing that ‘good blood’ was focused in the reproductive area of my body, and kept up my side of the process.
The very next cycle I found out I was pregnant and expecting our first baby in April of 2009. I put a huge amount of this success down to the treatments I undertook with Alison and simply can’t recommend trying something different strongly enough.

IVF/ICSI Fertility Treatment
I discovered Reflexology (and Alison!) when I wanted to try a different approach to complement my IVF.ICSI treatment (and early miscarriage). Although I’m only just about to start my next IVF/ICSI cycle – and discover the results – reflexology has enriched my life in a way that I never want to stay out of touch with her. Extremely relaxing, it has such a calming effect on me that no matter the outcome of my problems in the future I feel strong and very optimistic – something that was very difficult to achieve before starting my treatment with Alison. I also love how it’s all personalised to me and no one else! By Kristyna
Overcoming Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) & Fertility
I started reflexology following a diagnosis of PCOS and my primary aim was to reduce my very long and erratic cycles.
The treatment has really worked for me and over the course of just a few months, I have already seen improvements to the length and the regularity of my cycle, as well as reduced symptoms of PMT and nervous energy.
In addition to the general relaxation benefits of the treatment, which are great, I genuinely feel that reflexology has put me in the best place possible physically and mentally (and hormonally) to achieve success from my forthcoming fertility treatment…

Menopause & Me
I am sure I am not alone in being swiped at by the menopause at about the time I turned 50! I wasn’t given to sudden outbursts of uncontrollable sobs that stop almost as soon as they start, and I certainly didn’t welcome the weight gain. The truth is that I really hadn’t given the menopause any thought at all before, but when the symptoms started and the doctor confirmed my suspicions, I started my research.
My GP was very nice but not that helpful in suggesting ways to deal with it – apart from encouraging me towards HRT. Now I am one to use prescription drugs only as a last resort, not a starting position, so I turned elsewhere.
The internet threw up a lot of information of course, but sifting through the vast array of advice was clearly going to be a mammoth task. The problem with anything medical on the net is that everyone has a different view; more importantly everyone has different symptoms and widely varying levels of success with an even greater range of solutions.
Common sense took hold and I started to talk to Alison, who I have had various therapies with over the last few years. In true Ali style she both listened and heard and we agreed to start a course of reflexology specifically aimed towards dealing with the menopause symptoms.
We started with a session once a week for about 6 weeks and then went to every two weeks for a while. I now see Ali about once a month and feel very different. I still get off days, but the reaction is not nearly as extreme and happens far less often. I generally feel much more level – more in control. My weight is also back on track and I haven’t had one of those mad crying sessions that used to come out of nowhere for ages.
I have always found reflexology to be a great therapy for me and I am so glad I took this route rather than just going for the HRT option offered by the GP. Not only are the symptoms under control, but I also get to have a really relaxing hour all to myself once a month. I think that is what’s called a win-win. By Jane Parfrey
Reflexology (Through Breast Cancer) Treatment
While I have always been interested in Reflexology and other holistic treatments, it was only when I was introduced to Alison Fuller that I realized what a difference these treatments could make for me.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer and fairly soon into my chemotherapy I started having reflexology treatments with Alison!
I immediately felt comfortable with her and was touched by her sensitivity to my health and emotions. My treatments then became a highlight for me during a very difficult time. It was an extremely positive experience amongst some pretty horrible experiences.
I have been amazed at how the treatments would make me feel calm and serene afterwards and I always had a good nights sleep.
So thank Alison for all your spiritual healing, it has been a vital part to my recovery!
